The fifth exhibition in the HERE AND NOW at Museum Ludwig series was dedicated to the complexity of corporeality. In the spirit of new materialist and posthumanist theories, the exhibition focused on the body as an open system in constant and mutual exchange with other bodies as well as with its environment. Transcorporealities took place in an unusual location: Furnished with a stage for performance, dance, artistic research, discussion, and dialogue, the foyer of the Museum Ludwig became a flexible exhibition space that took up the aspects of openness and exchange.
