The brochure provides an overview of twenty years of the Wolfgang Hahn Prize: Which artists were honoured with the award? Who participated in the jury? Which works were acquired for the Museum Ludwig? It goes without saying that, over the last twenty years, a great deal has changed with regard to the perception of, attention to and demand for contemporary art. Challenges, which were very different from year to year and had to be met each time with creativity.
